In the year 1988 Barceló made first trip to Africa, aften that, he not incorporated african materials and themes in his work, but also established a Studio along with those in Paris and Mallorca, in an indisclosed location is Mali.

ResponderBorrarSoy de Mallorca, en Mallorca hay muchos "Miquel Barceló", entre ellos, dos pintores diferentes, el cuadro, sino me equivoco es de Miquel Barceló y Adrover, pero el que realizó el viaje a Africa, Mali, etc, es Miquel Barceló Artigues, no son los mismos pintores el de la pintura y el de la biografia que expones.
A mi personalmente me gusta más las obras de Miquel Barceló i Adrover, aunque es más famoso Miquel Barceló Artigues que es el que restauró una capilla en la Catedral de mallorca
